Art Deco Table Lamp – Norman Bel Geddes

This stylized lamp is attributed to the fabled American industrial designer Norman Bel Geddes. He is best known for his 1939 New York pavilion for General Motors, and his 1930’s steel furniture designs for Simmons. The lamp maintains its’ original dark copper patina. The shade is segmented to allow light to pass through the sections. The shade is press fitted on, and pops off for bulb changing.
